Sale Confirmation
Once confirmed, all sales are considered final. No refunds, returns or exchanges accepted.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you are eligible for a full refund, return or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your item was damaged during shipping, defective, missing parts or has any other issues, please contact us at support@ellenvinis.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Any claims must include relevant photo evidence for strict evaluation.

Return and Refund Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Once the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method
